Jeff Krehmer is the president and chief engineer at Big Time Engineering Corp. He is a professional mechanical engineer who has had an enduring interest in sustainable renewable energy since he learned about those concepts in elementary school.

Jeff graduated from the University of Calgary in 1992, with a degree in mechanical engineering. He studied thermodynamics and Stirling engines at a graduate level with Professor Graham Walker, a leading authority on Stirling engines.

During his engineering career, Jeff has worked as a salesperson, technical support technician, estimator, project manager, product designer and engineering manager. He has more than a decade of experience designing equipment for the oil and gas sector and is a Certified SolidWorks Professional (CSWP).

He lives in Alberta, Canada, with his family and a demanding Chihuahua named Luna.
